Lisa J. Meek (she/her) is a PhD candidate at the University of Sunderland. Specialising in theories surrounding space and place, Lisa aims to take an interdisciplinary approach to understand video games and the connections made between player, console, and game. She is also the co-chair of the MultiPlay network and has hosted and spoken extensively on space and place in videogames. When not working, she can be found training for marathons, adventuring in her motorhome, or spending time with her dogs.
