This facilitated workshop will help you understand ways a suite of ‘soft’ skills – such as problem-solving, communication and managing conflict and risk – will help you achieve your project outcomes and create as smooth a journey as possible. You will work through individual and group glucard™ activities to understand relevant skills, assess and identify strengths and areas for development, identify key issues and understand practical ways you can overcome these issues and continue to develop your practice.
You’ll learn how to use your existing skills, adapt to new situations and how to think of ways to deal with project management issues as they arise relevant to any project size or complexity. Sabina will share practical examples and provide access to follow-up resources that will help you map out your project. You’ll share learning with fellow participants and capture specific actions for you to take forward. Sabina will graphically illustrate concepts, demonstrate tools by sharing live visualisations and adapt guides and examples in response to your particular objectives and issues.
